Thursday Thoughts

{{1}} Today rocked for a bunch of reasons. Almost all of my students (all but three) passed their math skills review test today. Trust me, this is a big deal, as most semesters it takes forever for people to pass.

{{2}} I made a hair appointment so I can get rid of this reddish-brown color and get it brown. I don't care if you like it, Jordan, I cannot stand it in the sun.

{{3}} I danced all evening with Heather-Jade tonight, and it was glorious (I'll post the awesome choreography video tomorrow). She taught me how to fish roll a few days ago, which sounds yummy but is actually quite painful until you learn how to do it correctly (which only took me two days. Slow learner?).

Luckily, HJ was incredibly patient with me and it turned out glorious (it's from an iPhone, so the quality isn't great, but you get the picture):

{{4}} My favorite part about the entire season of America's Got Talent are the audition rounds. I love talent shows (although I always end up thinking about how untalented I am, at least as far as stage talents go).

{{5}} I'm getting awesome at dressing for Texas weather. It only took me three full years.

{{6}} Nick comes home in six days. Not that I'm counting.

{{7}} Jessica and Anthony's wedding is tomorrow. Totally psyched because weddings are the happiest events ever, plus I finally get to wear my Target teal (size 6!) dress.

{{8}} I'm pooped. I think a 10PM bedtime sounds perfect. Good night friends!
