Dear Monday, I almost forgot you were here. I'm bummed I won't have that luxury next week, but I promise to fully take advantage of my last week "off" before the semester official starts.

Dear Nick, You're such a stud. Thank you for holding my hand as I slowly "skated" around the ice, even thought you wanted to speed skate away. (Heaven knows how I only fell once, but the bruise on my knee reminds me daily.)

Dear Baylor, Thank you for winning the Alamo Bowl and letting us cheer you on in Washington state. We were "undercover" but that quickly changed after we started getting booed at the bar we were at for being Baylor supporters. Don't worry though, we retaliated with a handful of sic 'ems and ultimately came out on top.

Dear Seattle, Oh, how I have missed you! Thank you for being so good to me.

Dear Blog Friends, Remember my sweet friend Rachel who sent a Starbucks gift card for a Starbucks Sunday Christmas gift? She just got a blog! Check it out here, 'cuz she's awesome.

Dear Laur, You're completely awesome for taking us around Queen Anne today for a food tour. My personal favorite was the margaritas at Peso's, whereas Nick was a huge fan of Pagliacci's pepperoni pizza. We also got to introduce Nick to Kidd Valley's garlic fries, which practically makes him a native northwesterner.

Dear Nicholas (who always gets two letters a la Todays Letters), I feel like we've gotten to spend the past two weeks nonstop together, and I've gotta say, there's no one else I'd rather spend all of my time with. I'm grateful for you!
