Happy Thursday friends! Write down what you're thinking today and then link up below so that others can read what you're thinkin'! Bullet point, write a narrative, add your Random Thursdays or It's OKs (although it's always okay to be who you are, yo), it doesn't matter! [1]
This video has been going viral for the past two days now, but I still can't stop giggling every time I watch it. If you haven't seen it, seriously, watch it immediately.

Our GSA intramural volleyball team (wittier name forthcoming, hopefully) won our first game on Tuesday evening! We were almost undefeated last year, so I think we're all shooting for a sweep this season. People are a little unfriendly to us 'cuz we're graduate students (outgroup members), but we don't get phased.

In yet another awesome video, check out these 12- and 8-year olds sing a gorgeous song. The 8-year old (Maisy) has perfect pitch, and you can tell when she harmonizes with her older sister (Lennon). Amazing. It's pretty short, so you should totally watch it:

One of my male friends has started calling girls he finds attractive "crunchy," aka "That girl's crunchy like granola!" He says it's for Portland-y, hippie, nature-y type women. I think it sounds disgusting. Thoughts?

If you have any awesome online dating stories, let me know! I'd love to feature your story sometime. Leave a comment or email me and we'll get it figured out!

Omg I had to comment because I just saw those twins on the Today show this morning, they're so cute! Unfortunately the segment ended with the dad playing guitar while one baby stared at him and the other cried hysterically, poor kid!
The sisters singing are AMAZING. What talent! And those babies dancing are so so cute.
Crunchy totally works as an adjective to describe someone nature-y/hippie but I don't think it works as a way to say attractive. haha. I mean, if you like that kind of girl I guess, but even still it is not a very attractive word!
That baby video is beyond adorable! I love how they look at eachother and get the biggest smiles on their faces when the dad starts playing. Melt my heart now puh-lease!
That other video you posted is adorable, too! Those girls have great pitch. :-)
So, crunchy, eh? LMAO. I seriously did LMAO.... ;-)
Watching both of those videos has put a massive smile on my face! The look on those babies faces when they look at each other seriously makes my uterus glow :)
If you call someone crunchy, I picture a person a day or two past the point of good hygiene...like they need a good bath.. Kinda creepy. Love, love, love the little twins!
Growing up in hippie-ville USA, I used to hear people (men and women) referred to being "crunchy" all the time, but it usually did NOT refer to being attractive, ha!
I watched that baby video probably 3 times yesterday because it's just so darn cute! And I'm totally fascinated by young, talented singers. I could google that crap on youtube for days.
Both of those videos were awesome! I love how the baby on the right would look at her sister before dancing too cute. Yea that is weird about the crunchy thing, it kinda made sense when you explained but i still don't like it.
not loving the crunchy part but i still lol'd! those twins are too adorable. when the first one looks over right when he starts playing is so cute! and those sisters are amazing. seriously.

um, [1] those twins = ADORABLE! the way they looked at each other was priceless. [2] those girls can SING! loved it. and [3] i have heard the word "crunchy" to describe a hippy-ish woman... but it certainly wasn't relative it to her looks. if someone called me crunchy and was referring to my "attractiveness"... i would not be flattered.
I've loved reading about your online dating stories. I myself went on E-Harmony in February and met some interesting people to say the least. I wrote about them on my blog as well. Here is the first date I had: http://kate-diaryofablonde.blogspot.com/2012/02/e-harmony-part-i.html
I was however lucky to meet someone amazing in my third dating experience, I wrote about him too! And we have been together ever since! Infact, last Sunday was our 5th month anniversary. Online dating was not exactly the route I wanted to go when finding a relationship, but I am so glad I did. I have never been more in love. Hang in there, I'm sure you will find your prince charming!
Babies - Adorable! Singing girls - Really talented and will probably be famous someday. Crunchy - makes me immediately think of "crusty" and I don't think anyone wants a "crusty" girl... so no... not a good word.
First of all, loving the online dating stories! You are all so much braver than I am. My Mom taught me to "never say never", but that whole thing is just too much for me!
And as far as the crunchy thing goes, I get where your friend is coming from. I am not a fan of it - but to be honest, I would probably laugh if he said it in my presence. Maybe one will overhear him someday and he'll have to explain it! THAT I love to witness.
Are you freaking kidding me with those twins?! So much cuteness going on it is ridiculous! Also, negative on the crunchy. I just imagine lots of hairy women with bongos and I'm not a fan. If someone called me crunchy, I think I would feel offended...but as far as hilariousness goes - I'm all about it. I mean, this post is crunchy as shit! Okay, never mind, after typing that I'm not all about it.
My Mom sent me the video of the twin a few days ago and it put a huge grin on my face. I love how they look at each other, smile, then proceed to dance. What cute babes.

Crunchy - not pc, but pretty funny. We say that about some of the Ann Arbor women :-)

Omg! Those dancing babies are adorable! And are the signing girls going on tour soon? I would pay to see them!
Growing up in hippie-ville USA, I used to hear people (men and women) referred to being "crunchy" all the time, but it usually did NOT refer to being attractive, ha!
Those little girls are soooo adorable!!
(The music made my baby smile too so maybe there's something magical? Or coincidence.)
Those girls are lovely. And they're doing the cup game with butter tubs!
I also think referring to girls or anybody really as crunchy sounds gross. Yes.
We used to call hippie people crunchy at my college!
I watched that baby video probably 3 times yesterday because it's just so darn cute! And I'm totally fascinated by young, talented singers. I could google that crap on youtube for days.
I absolutely love that video of the babies! Makes my ovaries hurt! haha. And yes, crunchy sounds nasty!

I watched those sisters a few weeks ago and wanted to choreograph something with butter containers, like immediately!

From what I know, crunchy describes someone who is into natural way of living. I have never heard it used to describe someone's attractiveness lol!
Those 2 girls making music with an old butter container are awesome. Damn, why can't I be that talented?
Also, you call me 'crunchy' and you're totally gonna get gut punched. I know he means it as a compliment but it doesnt sound like one.
My Mom sent me the video of the twin a few days ago and it put a huge grin on my face. I love how they look at each other, smile, then proceed to dance. What cute babes.
