This weekend, I went to Austin for two nights to visit RP3. I a) met his roommate Chance, who looks/sounds ridiculously like Gaston, b) ate a delicious dinner that RP3 made for me, c) spent a ton of time with the sweetest man I know, or d) all of the above.
This weekend, I participated in the CASA.org Superhero 5K with Tamara from Lehmann Laughter (and also from the BSB, where we work together). She went as Batma'am (please tell me that made you laugh as much as it made me) and I went as the Caffeinator (aka a Starbucks barista with an apron as a cape). And it was awesome.
This weekend, I was at church a ton. Okay, only once more than a usual Sunday, but I love this building, and the community that it holds.
After this weekend, I walked into my office and worked for a few minutes until I noticed something hanging above my computer. It's a gift from B.Rizzle, 'cuz he knows how much I love Nerds. Love him.
Happy Monday, y'all! Mine started off with a little mishap: I weirdly woke up at 2am and wasn't tired, fell back asleep, and then woke up late (Neely would be totally grossed out with the lack of clean hair on my head). Then, I spilled coffee on my white cardigan on the way to work. Cool, Sar. ;) Luckily, ther Nerds made up for it so I'm in a great mood.

Also-I never wash my hair everyday. It's not good for your hair!

Love the photo of you guys dressed up, totally original & cute. I wish I could go without washing my hair but I've got disgustingly greasy roots r that need to be washed everyday.
Thanks so much for being awesome as the Caffeinator - I'm pretty sure if you would have competed in the costume contest you would have won. Every one loves them some caffeine.
Also, yay for RP3 time and meeting Gaston. That's pretty freaking fantastic that he already has a built in Halloween costume. So jealous.
