This past week was a whirlwind of fun, meeting RP3's fam, visiting Connecticut (there was a snow storm at one point; too cold!), and spending time with my favorite man in the world.
Here are me and RP3 with the cutest, chubbiest baby alive, Maxwell:
That: I have no pictures with Max's older brother, Anderson, 'cuz Andy found me absolutely terrifying. Probably a good judge of character on his part. ;)
This: For New Years, RP3 and his siblings (and their significant others) all headed over to his parents' place for a lovely evening full of wine, laughter, and plenty of food. From the left to right, there's Zak (the youngest) and his gorgeous girlfriend Erika, Jason and his wife Amanda (RP3's older sister), Brian (the second youngest) and his sweet girlfriend Emily, RP3, and me.
It was a lot of fun! RP3's parents are super nice (and his dad is practically RP3's twin, just a few years older), and his grandmother (who is practically besties with 50 Cent, which is quite possibly one of my favorite stories ever) is hilarious. I had a great time, and am looking forward to going back when it's warmer!
That: RP3 looks exhausted in this last picture (make that two of us) after a long but fantastic week! There we are in the Hartford airport on our way back to Austin.
This weekend, my friend Sarah is getting married to her long-time boyfriend (ahem, fiance!) Jeff in Houston, and I cannot wait to party it up! RP3 and I were going to stay in Houston another night and explore the city, but I think I'm going to have him drive me back to Waco, as I miss my favorite kitty in the whole wide world.

So I totally thought Anderson was RP3's brother and I was like, "OMG what could she have possibly done to terrify the poor guy?!" Understood now :) His family looks so sweet! And I'm in Ohio so I got the storm just before you did. Definitely no bueno and waaaay too cold.
