That time I had Steph take off her clothes

Last week, I was bored and jumped on Pinterest to search some more wedding photography ideas for Carole's wedding next month. During this time, I saw that Stephanie had pinned a ton of boudoir photos on her wedding board, so I text messaged her and asked her if she had ever done a boudoir photoshoot.

For those who don't know, boudoir photography consists of classy lingerie (or sans-clothing) photoshoots, usually done for a significant other.

Anyway, Steph mentioned that she never did, so I insisted she take some for her husband for Valentine's Day.

And let me blog them.

And she said yes.

Below are some gorgeous photos of Steph's boudoir photoshoot. To be fair, they all turned out ridiculously beautiful, but I chose some of my favorites (and got Steph's permission, don't worry!) to post for you guys.

We started out with some sweet, soft photos:

Aren't her eyes stunning?

The pearls make this shot!

I think this perfectly sums up Steph's personality:

Gorgeous!

I absolutely love how Steph's nails and lipstick match in this photograph!

At one point, I jumped up on top of the bed and took some photos facing down. I told her not to look up because it wasn't the perfect shot, and she burst out laughing saying that if she looked down, she'd be looking at my crotch. Hilarious, and it resulted in two of my favorite shots:

Isn't she absolutely beautiful?!

Thanks for letting me practice some photography with you, Stephanie! I'm grateful for you!

Have you ever done a boudoir shoot for your significant other?

These photos turned out beautifully amazing! The last two photos are my favorites. I love it when people actually laugh in photos as opposed to faking it.

I've never done boudoir photos before but now I'm thinking I just might have to give it a shot, lol.

P.S. I love your new blog look!

SaraH. Stop being so talented. Jeepers.

I really wanted to do one of these for G-money, but I knew I'd be too embarrassed. Ha. "Sure take a shot of my itty bitties in this training bra."
